FLoor Tiles Requires Anti-Slip Finish
Balcony Floor - Removal & Anti-Slip Application
The contractor discovered that the client's balcony was slippery and did not require removal, as initially suggested. They agreed on a change in approach.
Instead of removing the existing clay tiles and applying an anti-slip coating, the contractor cleaned, prepared, and primed the old tiles, coated the tiles with LAVA 20, blinded with Quartz Anti-Slip, removed the excess Quartz, and overcoated again with LAVA 20, this saved significant time and money.
By using the same materials they brought to the site, the system was applied, removing the need for additional resources. Despite the challenges encountered, the contractor's expertise and LAVA 20's adaptability enabled a successful installation. Collaborating with skilled and experienced contractors is essential in navigating unforeseen challenges.

For Industrial Kitchens to Shipping Containers.
The liquid polyurethane coatings are a versatile solution for protecting and enhancing a variety of substrates. In these photos, we see three different applications where liquid polyurethane coatings have been used to provide superior durability and protection.
In the first picture, a painted shipping container with significant signs of corrosion had the LAVA 20 system applied to prevent further rusting and extend the container's lifespan.
The second picture shows an industrial kitchen with a previously installed PVC floor that is prone to scratches, stains, and damage from grease and chemicals. A liquid polyurethane coating can provide a seamless and easy-to-clean surface that is resistant to wear and tear.
The third picture depicts a bathroom that was once fitted with Terrazzo tiles. A liquid polyurethane coating can protect and enhance the tiles, providing a non-glossy finish and protection against water damage, stains, and slips.
